1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing voyagerexim.com or engaging with Voyager Exim Pvt. Ltd. for export trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Export Trade Terms

  • Quotations: All prices quoted are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, currency rates, and freight costs. Prices are confirmed only in a written Pro Forma Invoice.
  • Orders: An order is confirmed upon receipt of advance payment (as agreed) and written confirmation from Voyager Exim.
  • Samples: Sample costs are charged at market rate and are non-refundable unless adjusted against a confirmed bulk order as agreed in writing.
  • Quality Disputes: Any quality claims must be submitted within 14 days of port arrival, supported by third-party lab reports from an internationally accredited laboratory.
  • Force Majeure: Voyager Exim is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or shipping disruptions.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are T/T (Wire Transfer): 30% advance with order confirmation, 70% before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) terms available for established buyers. All payments in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on voyagerexim.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Voyager Exim Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

5. AI Chatbot Disclaimer

Our AI chatbot "Voy" is powered by Anthropic Claude API and provides general information about our products and export process. Chatbot responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding commercial offer or guarantee. Always confirm details with our team via official email or Pro Forma Invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voyager Exim's liability in connection with any export transaction shall not exceed the value of the goods actually shipped under that specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. International trade disputes may also be referred to ICC arbitration as mutually agreed.
